Excellent in every way. Joe and his crew installed a complete HVAC system in our home years ago.Their work was done within hours and left the house spotless. Their twice-yearly service visits are completed by the most reliable, polite, and professional crew you could ask for. Recently, a recent minor issue arose and a serviceman arrived promptly and resolved the issue. All these years without a complaint! Joe's Custom HVAC sets the standard for all other businesses.

Very sneaky in their business practices. They showed for a service call at my ex's house and initially told her she needed a blower motor for $400 in parts plus labor. Then it suddenly became a $900 blower plus labor. Because it was the one with brackets and it's so rare. Funny part is retail the motor goes for $150. So their trade price was - what, maybe $100? Joe and his crew are neat, clean, and reliable. They installed a mini-split unit at my house almost 5 years ago. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing issue with the unit that caused it to operate improperly. Joe and his technician Kevin were very quick to address any issues I was having. Ultimately, they swapped out the head for a whole new unit at NO COST TO ME! Thankfully the unit was still under warranty, and Joe honored it without question! I couldn’t be happier with the service I got from Joe’s Custom Installations on my air conditioning system. From the start, the office made things easy.
