The food was so over cooked and burnt! Our hush puppies were hard as a rock and so was our crispy shrimp. The coleslaw had no flavor!

Ordered from Joe’s Crab Shack the 2lb crawfish two orders it was bland rubber texture had no flavor and caused one of us to have food poisoning. I call spoke to manager an explain nicely I wasted 40.00 he asked ok what is he suppose to do. Great service.....server made us feel special. Must go if in town
The staff was friendly. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. We would go back again. We all enjoyed the food.

Rude hostess, Lena! And the manager, Holly, seemed to be on duty, however had no idea what was going on with the service being provided as customers walked in. Lena was upset she had to bus tables, therefore took her anger out on customers, especially with parties larger than 2! My grandmother politely checked in and she completely snapped at her and said the reason we weren’t seated yet was because she had to bus tables! This is so disappointing as we love the steam pots and the atmosphere! Def not going back!!!
I love coming here to eat! This time we came in and there are probably about 4 servers and a ton of open tables. we were told it will be 15 to 20 minute wait because they dont want to give their servers too many people. since that has been said I have seen 2 to 3 groups with the same amount of people (4) in their groups get seated already. I dont think this is a very good way to run a business and treat your customers who are paying by the way....
