I’m a little upset with my experience getting an order to go from Joe’s Crabshack in Old Sac. I called to place a pickup order. The girl who answered the phone was kind of rude and just said no, you can’t place an order. I asked, so you guys don’t do to go orders? She was very short and said you can order online. These guys here treated me and my family like Royalty! The food and drinks were outstanding and the service was even better! Happy Halloween!
The waitress was horrible from start to finish. She never put our order in and lied about it. Had to ask for silverware then no napkins! I had to get up and get some myself. She did not check on us but once in that hour and 20 minutes. I could go on and on about her horrible service. The young lady needs more training defiantly. We have been going there for years. Not sure I will go back.
