Joe and Lou were outstanding. I must admit that at first, I was a little nervous about two big guys walking into my home. They Not only inspected my chimney but also climbed on the roof to ensure that the outside of my chimney was not damaged by recent storms end the elements. I watched how careful they were while walking on my roof so as not to break any tiles. I thought I had a roof leak, but the roofer told me it was my chimney. Joe came out the same day I called him & he arranged to do the work the very next day. He & Louis showed up when they said they would for those appointments, as well as when they returned to paint after the cement repair had hardened. Joe answered ALL of my questions, his cost was very fair & he made no attempt to upsell. He & Louis cleaned up after everything they did & were considerate of my time.
