Placed an order the 3 week of October 2018 for a vanity, paid for the vanity was promised delivery in 6 weeks. 6 weeks has past, no one answers the answers phone, have made attempts to catch someone at the office and no one was available, and no one returns phone calls. I requested a full refund to be issued by leaving a message on their phone and sent an email.
Please proceed with caution! I have pictures, video and phone recordings of very passive aggressive behaviors with the owner. Disputed final cost and unfinished work left behind.
Just installed cabinets for a bathroom. They were installed so poorly they cut them down on the job and caulked them in. Homeowners told us they could never come back in their home and to remove cabinets. They collected 4300.00 removed the cabinets and didn’t give a refund. Stay tuned for the lawsuit to follow.
We are very pleased with our three year old cabinets from Joe’s, but I am most recently thrilled with the prompt and professional service when one of the self-closing mechanisms needed replacing. Thank you so much, Joe!!
