My 16 year old son waited 2 hours there then it was his turn, when he stood up to sit down the barber rudely said "you've got to wait someone made an appointment" and said nothing else about it. So my son just left. My son cuts his hair there on a regular basis and this is the treatment he gets. He had never been treated like that before. He was pretty upset.
