Not very helpful. Didn't fix my issue with my new bike but had no problem taking my money. Didn't even bother to help me get my bike out the door of the shop when I was leaving. Someone passing by helped me with the door coming out while the 3 guys at the counter just watched. Won't do business with them again.
Hands down the best customer service. Everyone at Joe's is incredibly knowledgeable & over the top helpful. <3 you guys!
