Owner is an arrogant a-hole !!! I went there on a referred lead. Asked for somebody to look at and asses my tires. Owner came out, walked around the car and did not even check the tread depth. Then he arrogantly says " who told you that you need tires "??? When I said that my mechanic suggested it , again he arrogantly responded " they get a commission you know ". RecommendedThe worst business I've ever dealt with. I went there for an alignment. They charged me $70+tax. I left the place with the car, then noticed the car wasn't fixed. Took it back. They looked at it again, then told me "sorry we can't do anything about it." Took it to another mechanic. They aligned it perfectly in one day for $80+tax. I went back to Joe's for a refund. They wouldn't give me back my money saying they spent "way too many labor hours on it to give a refund." Avoid at all cost. Terrible business.

Some people just cry like a baby because they have nothing else to do, or nobody wants to talk to them because they lie so much. I have bought tires there many times with no problem at all, they did a great job with no problems at all. There #1 in my book, so go cry somewhere else!!! You will never make them look bad in my eyes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They have great customer service and are very competitive with their prices. I always felt comfortable when I had work done on my car. When it comes to fixing a flat tire they get it done ASAP. It's nice to have a family business in the Lehigh Valley. BCK
