Francis was polite and attentive. However, the fade I received was decent at best. The shop is highly out of date in terms of modern barber shops. What shocked me most is the lack of use of a straight blade. A straight blade is what sets a barber shop apart from a hair salon. Most men want nice crisp lines with a straight edge. Joes barbershop fell short here. This was the second attempt of a barber since moving to Plattsburgh. Jared and Donna are great. Love having them in the neighborhood.
This barbershop was amazing! They were closed for the 4th of July but opened up for me, a first time customer. Very friendly and professional! Highly recommend if you are in the Plattsburgh area.
