Thank You! Our daughter is a student at NMU. We live in Newaygo. While at school her subaru died going down the road. We looked online and found Joe's with 5 stars! After calling and talking to Joe's I knew we were sending the car to the right place. We had the car towed over and the next day it was fixed. First of all I am late ( November 2015) doing this I live 500 miles away from Marquette, my daughter goes to Northern Michigan University one day her vehicle would not start and Joe's Automotive came to the rescue. They got it running and told me that the battery terminal was stripped out so I had her get a battery for it . Later on her heat stopped working and once again Joe's came to the rescue not only did they fix it for her but they also made sure she got back to college and even picked her up to get her vehicle. Have never had better customer service and overall service. These guys are so genuine and want to make sure the customer is happy! Best in town, you guys rock!
They came to my house to diagnose a battery issue, then squeezed us in so we didn't have to go the weekend without a vehicle. That's service!
