A diamond on the corner is the words I use to describe Joe's Automotive. I needed some tests on my vehicle and while I was driving on Washington, I saw Joe's Automotive. I'm sooo glad I did. First of all, his wife met me at the door to help me come in because she saw me walking with a walker. Kudos 👏🏽 to Joe's wife for GREAT customer service to people with disabilities. Great service and better people!
They are absolutely amazing! They replaced my brakes about a year ago and were so kind, reasonably priced and quick! Today my heat was out and of course it's snowing - dropped the car off and had it back and working within 2 hours. I am stunned at being able to get this done so quickly and easily and again for a reasonable price! I truly think the bad reviews on here are just people that are angry with life because these people at the shop are unbelievably kind, professional and provide top notch service.
