Scheduled an oil change. They made me to wait for two hours while were doing their multipoint inspection. It would be nice if they would let me know about that. Up on inspection report, they were trying really hard to jack you up on fear that your car needs a ton things to fix. Second opinion at another car shop - found 80% of that report had no value. Just a rip off.
I always learn something new whenever my vehicle needs a repair & I trust Joe's to fix it! I just love my new tires-thanks for the suggestion guys!
We do our own work, but if we need a shop there is nowhere else to go. Honest, friendly, stays in touch even when not a customer. Very rare today, to find this kind of business owner. Fantastic!!
Fast and Efficient Service Had a flat on our way to the cities on a Saturday morning. We had appointment's that we couldn't be late for...Got the tire off and went to put on the spare, but it didn't fit the bolts! :( UGH AAA wasn't going to be of any help to us, so we were lucky enough, and hitched a ride into town from a friend and brought the flat tire in with us. Great Service We came in last minute on a Friday and they were able to help tell us what our issue was and that they could fix it on a Saturday at their other location. They stayed late on a Friday and squeezed us in on a Saturday schedule, all so that we could be back on the road and on our way home!
They're honest and they'll talk you though each of the necessary repairs (if applicable) or make recommendations for next time. They're very patient and informative and do a great job! They really care about their customers and want you to be as informed in making decisions as possible.
