I am a veteran that recently moved to the area. This was the worst experience I've had since moving to Stafford. Mechanics were extremely rude, lazy, and unprofessional. They called me a liar and were extremely rude and petty when I tried to speak with them. They refused to work on my vehicle and didn't fix anything after I paid to have it towed there. Had to pay to get it towed AGAIN to a different shop. They still charged me $100 and refused to refund or compensate me in any way. The receptionist was nice though.

My go-to mechanic shop. Fast, quality, reasonably priced. I know cars enough to do some of my own work, so I know when other shops try to jack up the price. These guys don't, they're straightforward.

during the inspection, it was evident that the mechanic wasn’t thorough and only skimmed over the car, showing a lack of attention to detail and genuine care for the service. This experience left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone seeking fair and professional vehicle inspection experience.
