Joe ripped me off twice, i got a new radiator and it was installed wrong and had to pay again to have it replaced from another mechanic elsewhere. Then he changed my struts and shocks and months after it was installed my steering was odd. I took it to another mechanic and they told me it was not done correctly and the struts were bent and arms were damaged as well. Now i have to have most of it replaced again. Joe has worked on my 71’ Ghia for several things I’ve been putting off due to lack of money. He’s done both rear drums, bearings, and brakes, and front ball joints removed / installed. Even recommended a great VW electrician to troubleshoot my headlights, turn signals, horn, and hazards. A wealth of knowledge and a pleasure to know. He goes out of his way to help out his customers, and I consider him a friend now.
Untrustworthy mechanic, his work is very low quality & unreliable, and he’s dishonest about repairs & pricing. Would not recommend, Joe is very unprofessional.
Joe is a wealth of knowledge about cars, and so much more. Bring him your VW, he will make it happen.
