RecommendedI highly recommend Joe's Auto @Dobson&Warner in Chandler. Eric and his crew are always professional, personable, accommodating, thorough in explaining what repairs my car needs. If they find other problems that need to be addressed they will call and thoroughly explain what needs to be done and how much it will be. No surprises!! Probably the only auto shop I'll ever go to for the rest of my life!! Mike and his technician Omar are freaking ROCK STARS!! I've been to them 3 times now, first time was for an oil change, second to get my ac fixed, and then just picked up my truck this morning from getting the oil pump fixed and some transmission work. RecommendedIf you need ANYTHING done on your car come to Joe's Auto on Dobson and Warner. They are amazing and not ridiculously expensive.
I went here to get my transmission fluid flushed I have a car that is basically brand new, 40,000k miles. After the service my transmission was grinding. Turns out joes auto only filled my trans fluid half way as I took it into my dealership the next day and they said it was 3 quarts to low. There are no leaks, On the receipt they state transmission issues are not due to service. Actually it is because you purposely did not fill it up all the way thinking you would get a 6,000 bill from me. You guys are crooks DO NOT TAKE YO... read more
