Joe's has saved us on several appliances over the past couple of years and I couldn't be happier with their service! I trust them 100%. A switch on my deep freeze shorted out, they diagnosed it, sold me the very inexpensive part and explained how to fix it when they could have easily sold me a new freezer and I never would have been the wiser. They have a ton of integrity and are invested in taking care of this community. Joe's will be my first call for my appliance needs in Florence!
