On a business trip in Charleston when my lower wheel bearing sheared and dropped the front end suspension to the ground. Hi all. My name is Shawn Krantz. I am the new owner of Joes Alignment as of October 1, 2014. I saw a couple of bad reviews on our business, and I personally would like to extend my personal apology. I had my wheel bearing replaced here, and after their second attempt they sent me on my way. I immediately came back to them with a braking issue. They checked and said they could see anything wrong, to drive it and see if it got better. Today I got a second opinion. It turns out they still didn't have it right. The new place told me it was dangerous for me to be driving the truck in the shape they left it in. Now I'm getting charged again for a new part and labor. They clearly have no clue what they are doing.
