The service was good but it took way too long. I got serviced by Bailee. When it was simply a haircut and treatment, my appointment was 11:30am and I left at 2:00pm. Two hours and 30 minutes for something simple. When I came and got treated by Rebekah it took 30 minutes top, for the same thing. Worst curly hair salon ever. Fake models, fake haircuts. don't believe what you see on IG! they'll "trim" you speak in spanish the whole time, give you a mullet and expect a tip. don't waste your time or money.
Unas de mis mejores decisiones de este 2025, fue acudir a este salón para poder recuperar mis rizos. El señor Joe es maravilloso, procedió a darme el mas mínimo detalle de mi cabello y las instrucciones a seguir para recuperar mis rizos. Lo que parecía que iba ser un paso difícil para mí, se convirtió totalmente lo contrario. Me encantó... Además de que todo su personal es muy amable y profesional. Gracias Joe por hacerme volver amar a mi cabello...
Everyone at this salon is amazing and welcoming. I always get my hair done with Vicky and have been for the past 3 years or so. Shes very kind and explains every step in the haircut she’s the best
10/10 Bailee styled and cut my hair, she was informative and kind. I loved my cut and the experience. Will definitely be back.
