My experience was 10/10 in all the aspects. Starting with customer service right at the front door you get welcomed with a bright smile by all the staff. I had my service in a cold weather so they asked to hang my count, they asked me if I wanted something to drink. Although I said no, I still appreciated the thought. I came to get my hair a beautiful copper red color and that’s exactly what I got!! I booked with Vicky as I know she specializes in color. My whole experience was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire process while also making sure my hair was taken care of. I was offered snacks and beverages including wine 🥰. I LOVE THIS PLACE, THE AREA, AND MY HAIR!!!! I got booked with Rebekah and im SO GLAD i trusted her! She did me so freaking good!!!
