I had been wanting to try out a salon that specializes in curly cuts for a long time, and I'm very pleased to have found JoeMiguel Salon. Terrible experience. The owner of this salon Joe Miguel refuses to take accountability for any negative feedback. If you look through the reviews, you’ll notice a pattern he always claims that the person “went to a different salon” or that he “couldn’t find them in the system.” It’s his way of avoiding blame and pretending his salon is perfect. Love how welcoming everyone is there. The owner seems so down to earth. I initially wanted him to do my hair but he was not available so I got Bailee W. I love how she revived my life (I mean my curls). I’ve referred like 9 people so far! Not only did she make my hair look great but she walked me through the process. I come back every couple of months to give it that special Joe Miguel Salon boost. Thank you for curly my dull-stringy hair!

The service was good but it took way too long. I got serviced by Bailee. When it was simply a haircut and treatment, my appointment was 11:30am and I left at 2:00pm. Two hours and 30 minutes for something simple. When I came and got treated by Rebekah it took 30 minutes top, for the same thing. Mind you while already being a long appointment she took another client in and started working on her head then came back. Honestly very disappointed. Had my first curly haircut in almost a year and after 8 years since the big chop I have to say this was one of the best haircuts I've ever had. Bailee did a phenomenal job with my 3B/4A coily hair. Very patient and precise with every cut. So glad I found this place and highly recommend!
