I rarely write reviews but today I wanted to take a moment to thank Joel from Joel’s Roofing and Rain Gutter for an amazing experience. We have a PVC material on a flat roof that had developed pin holes, and the sub-roof had a large area of dry rot. I called him for a second opinion as the initial bid included ripping off the entire roof and replacing the PVC because it wasn’t a material that patches could be adhered to.
