I showed up at joels bicycle shop a year and a half a go not knowing much about mountain bikes,Bud helped me out. I remember looking and sitting on just about every bike. I was impressed with the knowledge and patient he had. I met kevin shortly after that when i was getting my new bike dialed in. He also was very competent and was easy to talk to. This is my bike shop, there is a bike shop closer to my house but hands down I will only go to joels.
Joel is a great person and goes out of his way to help people. He did a great job helping an elderly friend of mine who is on a very limited income and relies on his bicycle to get around... without Joel's knowledgable help and willingness to provide some of the goods for free, my friend would have been stranded without transportation. He also supports my Dad's charity work with the Tour de Palm Springs every year. Highly recommend him!
Unbelievably GREAT service. Everyone in the shop is very knowledgeable. Will never shop anywhere other than Joels Bicycle Shop for any of my biking needs. Thank you guys!!!
My boy brady fleig sent me over there told me they were solid was lookin for a new bike for my kids birthday walked away feeling like a king my kid is going to be so stoked thanks Kevin
