super helpful, had a tubeless pinch flat and he tried all he could to get me on the road again. Unfortunately didnt have the tire size I needed and recommended another shop. Genuine guy with a nice collection of bmx cruisers! Hope to be back next year!
Casual rider here, though bike has been collecting dust for a couple years- Took my bike in for a damaged chain link and derailleur adjustment. Not only were they quick, but also found I was missing a piece on my front wheel and replaced it as well. No upselling, no BS. I had expected to drop my bike off but they literally had me out the door in about 10-15 minutes. Great service!
God Rest In Peace Joel. His loving and amazing son and daughter in law are carrying on the memory and best little bicycle shop in the Coachella Valley. Shop local!! They truly are the best. 💜💜
