I was made fun of walking through the door. Not a big deal. I then waited an hour with an appointment. I was butchered on top. I was left with a a huge line, just on one side though. And a lot of strays in the front which I found when I got back home. Thanks that’ll be 50 bucks.
I was truly impressed with Joel’s exceptional service! He was patient, kind, and made my nervous 8-year-old son feel at ease. Joel took the time to explain each step, ensuring my son was comfortable before moving forward. He was also considerate of me, making sure I felt at ease as well.
