Something is wrong with Joelle. I don’t know what her problem is but she has very bad energy and my experiences with her were not good. She is unprofessional and does not honor her appointments. I was getting my hair done and sending my daughter. She has a habit of setting up an appointment and confirming it and when you arrive, she changes up and either doesn’t show up, or tells you she forgot, or tries to reschedule with you on the day that you show up for the appointment!!!!
