JoEllen was wonderful to work with! She communicated frequently with us regarding our needs or concerns, showed us houses via Zoom when we were unable to go ourselves and kept us on track regarding our needs and budget. We highly recommend her and would use her again as a realtor.
When deciding to sell our house, we had a few agents in mind. JoEllen came to us prepared with all information and actually sat down and explained everything to us- rather than expecting us to know. From the selling of our home and the purchasing of our new one, she did all the leg work and NEVER hesitated to reach out when we had questions or concerns.
