I cannot comment on the taste nor the atmosphere of the food because I did not make it that far. The customer service was horrible over the phone! I called to ask whether or not they are typically busy around 1pm because I planned to have lunch there with a coworker and advised neither of us had been there before . First of all, I absolutely LOVE the food here. It’s wonderful. It’s so good, in fact, that I tried to overlook how filthy this place is. I gave it another chance. And on my second visit there was easily a quarter inch of dust on the ledge over my sticky table where I was served my food with the fork and knife buried in sauce and in desperate need of a hot dish washer. Pros: Boylan soda fountain! Diverse menu options. Cons: Took several minutes for someone to come from the back to take orders for the several people waiting (multiple parties). We were rang up incorrectly. Got what we paid for, which was more than what we ordered. While it was filling, it wasn't the most pleasant tasting. As I was filling my soda, one employee walked by me smelling like weed. My wife enjoyed it, however my son and I would have preferred Raising Caine's.

I've been here on multiple occasions and I love their food. It's so good every time. But, I give it a 3 today because unfortunately I overheard a conversation between employees in the kitchen doorway talking about having sex in the restroom, amongst other things. As far as I am aware, this is a family atmosphere type of establishment and that pretty much went out the window when they started talking about these inappropriate things. The vegan chicken was absolutely delicious, I definitely plan on coming back. The fire in the hole level of heat was the hottest thing I've ever eaten. I'm a hot sauce fanatic and I knew it would be hot even for me going in but man, I plan on getting the heat level just below that from now on lol
