Joel helped us by our dream house! Joel was an excellent realtor. My wife and I had a fairly wide range of homes and locations we wanted to look at, and Joel was happy to accommodate. He stuck with us, and helped us find the perfect home. He was very knowledgeable about Chicago area architecture, and things to watch out for, and was very helpful in negotiating and advising on offers and pricing. Thanks Joel! Joel Gets It. Joel took us to a lot of houses in one summer, and part of the process is finding out that many places look much better online. Almost every time Joel had the same feeling about a house as we did. Highly recommend! . As many are aware, the market as a buyer is a little crazy right now. Joel was very helpful all along the way and was exceptionally easy to work with. He made the process as easy as possible for us. As a first time home buyer he was also extremely helpful with all my questions and there were many! Joel is professional, knowledgeable, and overall just a very nice person.
