His instructions for preparation were inadequate. I failed the preparation this time and 3 precious times over the course of several years. Each time he issued the same instructions. The last time, he left the building without speaking with my wife, although a post procedure discussion was specifically requested.

I have been very impressed with Dr. Riley. He listens and is caring and responsive. Everything with the 3 or so procedures he's done on me has gone very well. I highly recommend him!

Dr Riley's staff put me at ease when I was very nervous about my first procedure. They explained everything and made the process so easy. Dr Riley made me feel very comfortable and discussed my results with me in a way that I understood completely. I highly recommend him.

I received a positive test for cancer using a lab and tried for 10 days to get an appointment but the office was always closed. On the 11th try someone answered and was completely condescending and dismissive. I have no idea what the Dr is like, but based on his staff, and the difficulty of making contact with anyone, I'm going to pass. If I have cancer, do you think I'm going to put my life in the hands of these people??

Dr. Riley is certainly pleasant but when I sent him a very detailed letter of specific complaints he did not respond. That is no way to run a practice. So I could not recommend him.

I would not refer anyone to Dr. Riley because his staff is the worst. I cannot give a rating for him directly because I never saw him, only had 3 cancelled appointments with him and one cancelled procedure which his office cancelled.

In addition to Dr. Riley's superior experience and credentials, he has a great bedside manner. He puts the patient at ease and explains in detail every step in a procedure and then he provides prompt, courteous and professional follow up and consultation.
