Great experience
Was shocked to find out that payment was expected during check-in at the Kiosk. Beyond that, the office visit was handled very efficiently and a solution was determined.
My PCP of many years retired so I had to choose a new primary care physician. I chose Dr Joel Wood and I made the right decision. He had a very pleasing demeanor and I was surprised how very thoroughly he studied my medical record and found some areas that needed attention. He was extremely focused and reassuring. I know I made the right choice.
