Extremely frustrating experience with Dr. Well’s staff. We faxed my referral three separate times and emailed my chart twice, yet they repeatedly claimed they couldn’t find anything. I never even got the chance to see the doctor. I was kept on hold for over 30 minutes, only to be told again that they “checked everything” and still couldn’t locate my information. We had the most amazing experience working with Dr. Wells. My father had a total hip replacement, and the entire process from the initial appointment to the surgery could not have been smoother.
