Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul lang... read more

The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I got an appointment quickly.
