After five years or more, I finally had these things removed from my neck that Joel Jenne put in. I was in pain every day of my life begging them to remove them that there was something wrong and they refused. They told me there was nothing else they could do. Well, I found a doctor that would remove them. They tested the screws and every time they touch them the pain was unbearable so it was obviously the screws now I’m healing. I also learned that if a doctor doesn’t try to remove the old plates, he’s not a good doctor.

Last December I had been having severe back pain radiating into my upper leg. After 6 weeks of PT it was getting worse and I consulted with 3 doctors. Dr. Jenne was the 3rd . After looking at the MRI I had just gotten he said 'There is certainly nothing to do surgically'. Since the previous 2 doctors had recommended surgery I was surprised. One had recommended a fusion. Completely incompetent and illegal office. Demanded our social security number for processing insurance. That is not necessary when seeing a medical doctor. Their insurance coordinator hung up on me. It's a shame this had to happen and his pathetic staff creates poor reviews. I would leave 0 stars but it won't allow me.
