Decided to cancel my appointment and go with another doctor who is more compassionate.
Dr. Joel Funk at Banner Hospitol performed the HoLEP surgical procedure for me. His expertise as a surgeon is as good as it gets. The added ingredient that I haven’t found as often in the medical community in years, is his authentic concern and kindness for his patients. In my experience, you can’t find a better doctor.
Never got past the receptionist. She was very rude and it sounded like she entered the data I provided into her keyboard with a sledgehammer. When I complained she became ruder still. Thought you should know.
