I have had the pleasure of seeing Doctor Bowen several times and the staff is always friendly.
I arrived at my appointment and was promptly ignored by the receptionist for over 10 min. Couldn't open the window and say be right with you. Then another patient walks up while I'm waiting there and she opens the window and helps him. Terrible customer service. If you want to be treated poorly, then this is the place for you. You've been warned.
Dr.Bowen is great however staff is flakey. They don't return calls and have zero urgency with the patients needs. I'll even bet he's lost patients due to his medical team.
Dr Bowen is a light in long dark tunnel. After being seen countless times over the years. I was sent to Dr Bowen. What a blessing From the first visit I knew this was someone different. He has made a real difference. He is caring, knowledgeable, takes time to listen and to educate. I now have two family members seeing him and they are equally as happy to have him
He is absolutely the BEST!
