My husband saw ROSIE for a cleaning today at my recommendation! She's gentle, and very thorough and pleasant! The whole office staff are professional, helpful and friendly. A beautiful clean, modern office. Oh and Dr. BERGER IS FABULOUS!
I can't recommend Dr. Berger and staff more highly. They are effective, caring, and available. Most recently, I had an emergency. They were there. if you care about your mouth, or you are scared, don't worry. Dr. Berger will help. I promise you. I would never go anywhere else. They care about you, and they are extremely knowledgeable. I have been a patient for years. Don't worry. You and your teeth will be fine. I am scared of the dentist, but not here.
I WAS a patient for 15+ years. As of 4/16 I will NEVER go back. I have seen his personality shift to crouchy and short tempered. He has lost his professional edge. His knowledge is old in this industry as is his equipment and filing system. He LOST my x-rays when he took them home to look at them He can not send data electronically. He WALKED OUT on me in the middle of a procedure because I told him he was hurting me and had shoved a piece of impression matter in an open wound. It got infected
The staff is so friendly and attentive and you can confirm appointments via text or email which is very convenient. I've never once had a scheduling issue. I find all dentist visits unpleasent because I hate the dentist in general to be honest, but this staff and dentist makes it bearable! I've been a patient since I was 9 and there's no other place I'd go.
Do not trust this dentist!!! Stay away. The family is very sneaky. They don't care about your well being.
I have never had to wait longer than 15 minutes within my appointment time. I have never had a problem with Dr. Berger. It is actually always a pleasure to visit his office. The staff is always friendly.
This is the best dentist I ever had the pleasure of encountering. Very courteous and professional
