Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. This office is open about 32 hours a week. They are always wildly understaffed. You can RARELY get through on the phone line OR the Fax Line- it's always busy. Even if you have an appointment, you never get seen on time- they're ALWAYS at leat an hour behind. The appearance of the interior and the exterior of the offices is decrepit, embarrassing, and unsterile!!
