Joel Saxon's office will sit down and review your coverage whenever you have time and make it a point to check in with you every few months to make sure he (and American Family) are meeting your needs. Joel was able to save me over 400.00 on my insurance while getting me better coverage than I had previously just by reviewing my existing policy. I get the impression he cares about people much more than he cares about money which is quite a nice change.
