I stopped going to Dr. Segalman because he was always trying to upsell me on products that weren't covered by my insurance. I switched to Dr. Dejesus in Naugatuck and have found a much better doctor. Every visit with Dr. Dejesus my feet are soaked in a whirlpool (not done at Segalman's office), he uses a toenail grinder which has a vacuum attachment on it (Dr. Segalman didn't have this when I last went there) and he doesn't try to sell me junk that I can't afford.
Excellent practice. Doctor had great bedside manner and diagnosed my problem quickly. Office staff could not be more accomodating or friendly. I highly recommend. A+
Clean, friendly office, doctor explained everything so I could understand it, reasonable waiting time, easy to make appt, felt 100% confident in care I received, knowledgeable
Dr. Segalman is the most incredible sport's medicine podiatrist in the world! No one else was able to cure my plantar fasciitis in both feet but him. He uses the same techniques that he would use on his pro players! He is so interesting and what a true nice guy with the best personality in the world! He is an absolute asset to the sport's medicine world!!!!!!!
Both doctors are great. Professional and thorough. However I am not fond of Cheryl and Erica ( both have bad attitudes) . I called a few times during office hours and lines where on service. Not good!!
I was treated by Dr Joel Segalman and I felt like he was treating me like a family member. Very through and professional. Staff was helpful and I think very competent. I will definitely recommend to friends and family
