My recent dealings with Joel S. Moldaver Corp. were an absolute pleasure. I dealt with Vicky Shoup. Vicky knows her job and is extremely efficient. We had to close a deal together during the holidays. Even though we were on a tight schedule, and things at certain points seemed like they would be delayed, Vicky always maintained a positive attitude. She even came in on one of her days off to make sure the deal closed on time with no hiccups. I would definitely recommend!
My philosophy is to understand motivations. Moldaver's long-time track record is exemplary as a veteran no-nonsense lawyer and community leader. I was a client and temporary employee - at start of pandemic. He gave me fine advice. I took most, but not all of it. The consequence is moot. To me, that's a win.
