I first met Joel when I asked to see one of his listings. Although I did not make an offer, he continued to send me any new listings that would come up. After a while, I noticed that I would get notifications way ahead of other agent's notifications that I was working with at the time. Joel was great in helping me buy a home. He was very understanding in what I was looking for. He was quick to respond to any and all my questions. He was very reassuring in situations that I had no clue in, such as changing mortgage brokers and getting all the documents that I need.
