Joel and Erica were so helpful every step of the way. This was our first time buying a home and these guys took great care in communicating updates and keeping us in the loop about what was going on. We would highly suggest reaching out to them for your home buying needs, and will plan to use these guys in the future when we need to.
The whole experience has been smooth and great. They are paitent and easy to talk to. They give awsome first time buyer advice. Nothing more I could ask from a lender. Just be prepared that you loan may be transferred that so many other local lender does. But the lender promised the term wold be the same and nothing to be worried about. For more details, I will need to wait until I work with them a bit more.
