It isn't the Dr. himself we are unhappy with but more of the after services. It seems delegation is not one of this facilities attributes. Too many Dr.'s, One facility, Overbooked appointments, lack of follow up - follow through and seems to drop the ball in care itself. I understand we should all be our own advocate! What about the people who can't be? If a patient calls, leaves a message with details. Shouldn't it be the responsibility of the Dr. and/or Medical assistant to guide a patient within a reasonable time frame?
