This was one of the strangest medical visits I’ve ever had. Dr. Young briefly looked at my eye, left the room, and came back to say he couldn’t help me, offering no explanation, and added that I “wouldn’t want him to help with this”. I was then referred out with no clarity about what was going on. I was surprised to later receive a bill for a visit that provided no diagnosis, treatment, or reassurance. Do not waste your time or money on the follow-up visits here. My first visit with Dr. Joshua Young was fine, but the follow-up was a complete joke—literally about 3 minutes. I walked out owing $100 after insurance (meaning they billed insurance even more) and got nothing for it. No real exam, no new information—just a quick “go see a specialist” referral. If you’re going to charge that much for a 3‑minute stop-in, patients deserve a lot more than a brush-off and a referral.
Everyone from Front desk to Med Assistants to scheduler to Physicians are attentive, prompt and professional. Highly recommend.
Dr Young is brilliant , friendly and super informing Staff is so friendly and kind. I never had any problems People Who complain are probably the problem
