I have been a patient of Dr. Young's for over a decade, and referred multiple patients his way as well. He is thorough and communicative. But his staff have become increasingly less helpful over the time since I have been seeing him.
I've been a patient of Dr. Solomon's for many years.. Always professional and caring. The front desk is fine every time I went.
I see why they have a low rating. Get new receptionists who actually know what they are doing. *Update* Nicole reached out to me to rectify the situation. After our call I was told that someone would reach out to me to register me into the system. Unfortunately, that never happened so my one star review is now updated to a 4. They are working with a new system so I can understand why there was a mishap and appreciate it being resolved. extra star because Dr Kahn is good - otherwise, if you like your emails unanswered, waiting on hold on the phone for an impossibly long time, never able to get an appointment, this place is for you
