My daughter recently had her wisdom teeth out (all 4). Knowing my daughter and how afraid she is of pain, I was anticipating the worse. I have never given a review before but felt the need to - my daughter did not complain of pain once! After a few days she felt the soreness but followed the post op instructions given and had the best experience. This is my second child to have their wisdom teeth out with Dr. Doner and I am so happy that both times were a good experience - thank you!!!!

I can relate with the reviews saying he seems cold or unsympathetic. Upon my first visit i was so scared about my tooth having to be pulled. His asst was the one reassuring me. Not the Dr. I was hesitant about going back but he was referred by a coworker that says he is the best at what he does. She was right. What he lacked in bedside manor he made up w skills. My tooth had been breaking into pieces prior so I needed 11 stiches after my tooth was pulled. It was done w lil pain. He even made a call to my insurance to see if ... read more

i am so mad at myself for not looking him up first. i was desperate for appt since i am in pain. he was the only one w immediate opening. i was waiting in the chair for 40 minutues. i didnt complain since i made appt last minute. however he came in and didnt greet me. he never looked me in the eye. terrible bedside manor. little compassion and very rude. he made me feel like annoyance. i am nervous about the procedure i need to have and he did nothing to reassure me. i have a wonderful dentist and endodontist. unfortunately ... read more

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. Doctor is uncaring and insensitive to his patients. Can be quite rude so if you get nervous when visiting a dentist or have anxiety or panic attacks I dont recommend him. He is a jerk to be honest. Hope this helps

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Not really, they gave me a little information beforehand but not very much Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Dr Doner doesn't sedate the patient like he says he is going to...both my son and daughter were told they would be in a "twilight" sleep and that did not happen. They were both wide awake and could feel everything. At one point, the doctor got so aggravated with my daughter because she was so uncomfortable and couldn't sit still, that he pulled all the instruments out of her mouth and said "What?
