My due date was the 28th. No one was in the office because of Thanksgiving. I needed to change my plan from 6 months to monthly payments so I needed to speak with Joel to make changes and take payment. But unfortunately his office was closed. Now I'm being charged two months in advance due to late payment. Today another agent told me different that it's only late fees I need to pay 199.00. I wasn't the cause of none this and I'm being put thru all this. I'm working on dropping State Farm. BTW hes not in his office again.
