Jose Vasquez was super wonderful and helpful today! I called at 9 in the morning for renters insurance and he had the best attitude! It’s an amazing way to start the day to hear a smile over the phone and he succeeded!
Beyond awful service, low ball offers for totaled car. I got my lawyer involved and the number went up almost $7k… not that any other insurance companies are any better but GEICO is especially terrible
Agent Jacob was super helpful. I was dealing with a complex situation, had lots of questions, and they provided me with more help than any other insurance company I had talked to. Great food, great service. They have tacos, burgers, fries, much more as well.
By far the worst experience I've ever had! I legit think these guys are scammers because I called corporate and they don't know who these people are. I had to lock my card after talking to corporate and am filling a police report.
