This guy called me because I input a request for a new quote to get expected costs for insurance when looking at buying a new to me vehicle. Geico is the worst insurance company. They said they are cancelling our house insurance due to "roof condition", no other detail. Our roof is only 5 years old and in great condition. We tried to call but kept getting transferred around in a loop with AI answering service. When we finally got to speak to a human they said we would have to email them and they would get back to us via email in 48 hours.
