I initially had a very frustrating experience with Dr. Joel Leland Jorgenson during my appointment. I felt dismissed and as though my concerns weren’t being taken seriously, particularly regarding a potential injury similar to one I’ve experienced before. Given my history with a misdiagnosed ACL tear at the same clinic, I was especially sensitive to having my concerns brushed off. I love having Dr. Jorgenson as my PCP. He is warm, friendly, knowledgeable and always addresses my needs. His nurse today is always fantastic as well!
He is a great doctor. He is very knowledgeable, explains things well, a very good listener and he is a great encourager!
Dr. Jorgenson was friendly, detailed, but efficient with time. I left the appointment trusting in his medical knowledge, experience with patients, and ability to communicate with me (and vice versa when needed).
Dr. Jorgenson was great! Made me feel comfortable and listened to all my concerns. The medical assistant was super friendly and efficient.
