I would not recommend working with Joel. It has been a wholeheartedly frustrating experience to get signed up and then ghosted by Joel and his agency. I have tried to reach him for several months with questions. I have called and I have emailed and received nothing in return. Take your business elsewhere!
Reason I used Joel Lee's company was to sign up for health insurance and have the agent help me with any future issues. Initially, Clarissa was helping me and doing a good job but in December 2024, I needed to get end of year reports and learned Clarissa was no longer employed here. During open enrollment in 2024, I had my appointment with Joel to get my husband Medicare Advantage. Everything seemed good to go until I received an email to complete the deal. The email didn't work, so I called and emailed over and over as the cut-off date approached. I NEVER heard back, and now I'm out $5400 for another year of Medicare supplement payments.
