Part of Village lead pipe replacement. Made appointment, they were on time and ready to work. Major issues with my building, built like a concrete bomb shelter. Pat, Andrew, Tommy, Pedro, and Ed were part of our construction swat team. Not an easy remove and replace. They identified issues, problem solved, fixed and installed. It took 2 days of dedicated work and was done professionally and with care. I highly recommend them, Daddy Dave Approved!!
Loved my experience working with this company. Our Village hired them to do the water service line replacement work through an IEPA contract, at first I was a little nervous but their staff quickly made me feel at ease. Kelly Mills was my main point of contact throughout the project and her professionalism and kindness is nice to work with especially with construction. Not sure why this company has bad reviews... I mean, Kelly Mills is AMAZING, she kept me informed about everything, she worked with me around my schedule in which that's a PLUS for me, kept me posted about everything, I'm a full time employee (12hrs shift) if she was not able to reach me she would FIND a way to reach me, another PLUS, for another person that would be aggravating but not for Kelly she stays humble, kind, professional and sweet!!! Thank you Kelly, you are AAAAAMAZING!!!!! ♥️♥️♥️
