What a lovely surprise it was to meet Dr Joyce! My 10 year-old was extremely nervous for the injection he needed. Dr Joyce and the team he was working with were patient and attentive. In a world where doctors are required to see 6 patients an hour, that sort of kindness is rare. One note-- if you are using your navigation-- it will likely send you to the wrong shopping mall. The office is in the plaza with Wayfair, next door to Big Blue Swim School.
Note that the address is not correct - it is in the Children’s healthcare alliance building to the north end of the mall. When you call the number it hangs up on you. Do not go to the hood street address as it is for deliveries only. Desk staff are very rude. Is on the second floor. I hope someone reads this and corrects all the bad data.
He is the only Dr that looked my son over head to toe. I did not feel rushed with him. He took the time to discuss everything with me and gave me a chance to ask questions. Other dermatologists I took my son to were trying to get us out as quickly as possible and barely looked at him.
We met today with Dr. Joyce and I have to say the facility, the assistant, and the doctor were all top notch. Dr. Joyce spent time listening to my questions and gave me multiple options for treatment. He was kind and answered all of my questions and had a wonderful bedside manner. His assistant or nurse was excellent and I am so glad I chose this doctor and north shore! Easy parking was a plus and the facilities were super clean and beautiful.
