I went to the ER on a Sunday and got right in to see Dr. Pranktun on Monday as I had a broken leg as well as my ankle. Office ladies were very nice. A gentleman came and got me to take me back for X-rays. He was not friendly as well as not helpful whatsoever trying to clime up 2 stairs for the X-rays. He never spoke 2 words. The nurse Sara came in was very nice. Dr. Pranktun came in and said, very quickly here’s what your going to do then abruptly left. He was not sympathetic or friendly at all.
